True Multi-Tenant Isolation
Fleetech doesn't use a single shared database filtered by an organization ID. Each workspace is enforced at the Row Level Security layer — meaning even a database-level query from one tenant cannot return rows belonging to another. There is no cross-organization data visibility by design, not by convention.

Asset Scoring (A–F)
Each vehicle is automatically graded A through F based on repair frequency, mileage, out-of-service history, and cost anomalies. High-risk units are surfaced before they become a danger.
Maintenance Accountability
Every repair, inspection, and scheduled PM is permanently logged with a timestamp and the name of the user who submitted it. No record can be altered after admin submission.
Risk Alerts
Escalation alerts fire automatically for missed inspections, repeat repairs on the same unit, high-cost anomalies, extended out-of-service time, and approaching mileage thresholds.
Role-Based Access Control
Two distinct roles — Admin and Supervisor — each with scoped permissions. Admins control all data and user management. Supervisors manage day-to-day fleet operations, maintenance, and reporting.
