All Fleetech plans are billed once per year. There are no monthly billing options — the annual model keeps your fleet data continuously available and your team fully onboarded year-round.
Vehicle count is based on the total number of active vehicles registered in your Fleetech workspace at the time of billing. Temporarily out-of-service vehicles still count toward your tier.
Yes. If your fleet grows beyond your current tier mid-year, you can upgrade at any time. We apply a prorated credit for the remaining months of your current plan.
Every module — Command Dashboard, Asset Scoring, Maintenance Logs, Trip Logs, Scheduled PM, Alerts, Audit Log, Reports, and PDF Export — is included in all plans. There are no per-feature add-ons within a plan tier.
No. There are no additional setup fees. Onboarding assistance is included in Professional Elite and above. Enterprise clients receive a white-glove onboarding program at no extra cost.
Standard Elite includes email support. Professional Elite adds priority email. Command Elite includes a dedicated account manager and phone support. Enterprise receives white-glove, named support.
